VCS complements FIWARE Foundation portfolio in the field of Smart Cities
The FIWARE Foundation is an open source initiative that works with its members and partners to drive the development of smart city solutions. This includes standards and platform components that facilitate the building of sustainable and innovative applications. The global FIWARE Smart Cities ecosystem also promotes the sharing of best practices to make the management of city services more efficient, allowing them to actively participate in innovation, economic growth and prosperity processes.
Virtual City Systems, as a provider of state-of-the-art solutions in the field of 3D city models, 3D geospatial infrastructures and Digital Urban Twins ideally complements the FIWARE Foundation portfolio and sees a great added value for cities and regions in working with the other members and partners.
