It’s no secret that a really good team gets even better through shared experiences – especially when they can’t meet regularly at the coffee machine in everyday life.

For us, who have employees at the two locations Berlin and Grafing near Munich, it was something very special to spend two days together.

Almost completely the VCS team could meet in Aschau at the beautiful Chiemsee and hike, swim, climb and enjoy the Bavarian hospitality together.

After a turbulent journey of the Berlin team by Deutsche Bahn, a hike to the Kampenwand and an afternoon at the beach at Chiemsee were on the agenda.
