The city of Bremen enriches its already advanced Digital Twin with a solar potential analysis in the entire city area. Now the global, diffuse and direct solar irradiation per building can be retrieved graphically and numerically at the click of a mouse. Shading objects such as trees are taken into account in the calculation. This new module will support the city administration in its efforts to make Bremen a pioneer in sustainable energy.
